How big can you go?
There is no limit! Our biggest projects are made in pieces, sometimes assembled on-site. We have several methods of joining pieces depending on the next step.
What material do you use?
We use a variety of materials, but most displays have a lightweight EPS foam core. Other materials we use are HDU or PU foam board, MDF, MDO, sign foam, modeling board, and styling board. Feel free to contact us if you want to explore other options!
How long do pieces last?
If you’re after a long-lasting durable display, consider hardcoat or fiberglass. Both will last more than 10 years.
Bare foam and Face-Only pieces are typically displayed where the public doesn’t interact with them, or they may be damaged.
Can I use my own custom designs?
Absolutely! Follow this link to attach your custom design, maybe add a few notes for our team, and we’ll send you a custom quote. It’s fast and easy!
Do you ship anywhere?
We ship anywhere within the U.S., but if international shipping is required please contact us here. We’ll be happy to explore some shipping options with you.
Are your products guaranteed?
You bet. If it shows up broken, damaged, a different color, or has another issue, we will work with you to correct it at no cost. Made right, or we’ll make it right.
What file types do you accept?
We use STL and STEP files, but we can easily convert your project into the correct file type if need be.
How do I make my design 3D?
If you only have a sketch, we can help you get a 3D model created. If you have a CAD or vector drawing, we can extrude it (or you can do this in free programs like SketchUp or Blender). Either way, we’re here to help!
What is the coating?
The coating is a durable two part epoxy.
What is the turnaround time for a project?
Most projects are shipped in just 2 to 4 weeks! If your project is going to take longer than that, we’ll let you know that up front.
